Yummy ASIA Unlimited memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including recipes, articles, photographs, videos, graphics, and logos, is the property of Hearst Magazine Media, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
6. User Content
If you submit content to the Site (such as comments or recipe ratings), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content.
